Depending on the clients requirements we will send them full details of the properties they are interested in and will make all the necessary appointments with you for viewing. This way, we can be independent from all agents and developers and offer the clients an unbiased view with regard to the property. As we only work with agents in specific areas, the clients interest will determine which agency they will go to.
Once an appointment has been made the clients become yours to love and hold and of course to close. We do not interfere with your process of taking the sale to the close.
