Parters in Property was inspired early in 2008 as the forecast of doom and gloom was predicted. Through a number of meetings in spring 2008 we decided that it would be a great idea to find like minded companies who could work together and build a co-operative.

Based within Barringtons Hotel Golf & Spa Resort in Vale do Lobo we are building the biggest network of businesses here on the Algarve.

Our aim is simple, to give the clients the best opportunity to purchase through companies with integrity, dedication, efficient and who will achieve results now and in the future. Through this network, we can offer our clients a full choice of properties to choose from with all budgets taken into consideration and can even assist in new build and land developments. Through this professional network we can offer mortgages, currency exchange, legal advise, architect, construction, interior design and furnishings and by working together, we promote a complete professional package and will take the clients through the whole process from A to Z.

2009 will be a very difficult time with the £ almost the same as the Euro, this will effect property sales, rentals and all that goes with this industry.

So what are we going o do? Well, the first thing is stop looking at a half empty glass and look at the positives that always come in times like these and with this we will move forward with some of the biggest and best companies around.

New Partnership June 2009

We are extremely please to announce a new working partnership with the Tecniger Construction and Laguna Golf Tourist Apartments and Villas based in Vilamoura.

34 one, two and three bedroom apartments and 13 luxury villas strategically located next to the Laguna Golf Course, near Falesia Beach and the Marina.

Ideias Silenciosas Lda and Tecniger with be creating a new joint venture company which will be running the condominium as well as the property management.
